Found this awesome water color app that makes pics into water color paintings. Sometimes it's good and sometimes it's not as good but it depends on the picture you use and the effect you choose. It's called "Waterlogue" in the app store. Not sure if it's available for Android but it is for iPhone.
Pretty Sweet eh?
